Our team&#8217;s many years of experience are based on dozens of tax audits carried out for our clients, whether they were proceedings relating to VAT, income tax or consumer taxes, or others. From the outset, we take the initiative, consult cases with tax specialists, propose evidence and argue to the tax administrator in a unique way, which is the result of the knowledge of the current case law of the Slovak courts as well as the European Court of Justice. As a result, we have repeatedly succeeded in tax proceedings, including before the Financial Administration of the Slovak Republic, without the need to review the decision in administrative court proceedings.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column us_custom_9c83dbbd text text-16 has_text_color us_animate_this\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>We understand how frustrating and time-consuming tax proceedings can be for our clients, but especially the impact that a negative outcome of tax proceedings can have on a client&#8217;s financial situation, stability and cash flow.
