Andrea has been working in the field of law for over 18 years. She specializes mainly in commercial law, within which she also provides complete representation of clients in registration proceedings, real estate law, construction law, legal relations arising from the international transport of goods. Among her clients are mainly commercial companies of various business orientations operating throughout the Slovak Republic as well as abroad, several real estate agencies operating in Bratislava, as well as natural persons as individuals.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

As a specialist in commercial law, Andrea provides legal advice from the initial planning of business activities, through various registration procedures to subsequent legal advice related to the day-to-day operation of the company. As part of her work, she proposes solutions, sets up processes and makes recommendations on how to deal with legal situations as efficiently as possible.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

As part of the provision of legal services to commercial companies, Andrea also covers the area of labour law, including employment disputes, as well as debt recovery and other business-related litigation.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

In the area of real estate law, Andrea has successfully represented clients in restitution disputes not only against individuals, but also against state institutions, resulting in the return of immovable and movable property of significant value to the original owners and their successors. Andrea has also represented clients in litigation proceedings where she successfully defended clients’\u00a0 interests against unfair practices of third parties aimed at fraudulent deprivation and removal of assets worth millions of euros.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Outside the business sphere, Andrea also provides legal services within the third sector, where she represents various non-profit organizations and trade unions. It is important to mention her cooperation with \u010clov\u011bk v t\u00edsni, where Andrea advised and represented individuals who suffered extensive property damage as a result of floods and landslides in Eastern Slovakia. She is the author of the Manual for Property Damaged by Natural Disasters.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Prior to joining LEGARTUM, Andrea worked for a leading Slovak law firm in Bratislava and also provided legal services as an independent attorney.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>
